Bryan came out and installed our new water softener within an hour. He was on time, professional and courteous. Afterwards he took the time to walk me through the operation of the unit and fully answer any questions I had. Highly recommend, so don’t hesitate if you’re in the market for a water softener.

Bryan came to test our water at our request. He was very polite very thorough and was only here 10 minutes. He made a slight alteration to the water softener to make sure that it would take out all the particles of lime. Glaser Softwater is a very good company 7-10-26 Bryan Weese came out to Pitsburg to fix the second water softener we have bought from Glaser. He had the issue figured out in almost no time. It turned out to be a plugged injector. He replaced it and the system is working beautifully. I would recommend enting/Glaser soft water to everyone

Communication and Punctuality was awesome. The service technician called that morning and gave me a window of 12pm to 1pm. Service technician arrived at 12:05pm. Bryan Weese was our service technician. He deserves a 5 Star reward for thoroughness. We have an existing water softener and osmosis system that was previously installed when we bought the house 2yrs ago. We noticed a small leak had accumulated in the drip pan after the last regeneration. Bryan came out and pretty much had it diagnosed the first 5 minutes. He checked our overhead plumbing first and that was fine. Checked all the connections and assured they were properly snugged tight. Performed a test regeneration and assured there were no leaks. (One of the connections had become loose) While he was here I asked about how to change the filters on the osmosis system. He gladly instructed me on how the system works and replaced the cartridges I already had on hand. My only regret was not asking if they offered a Veterans discount on the service call 😀. The warranty for service calls expired back in April. I would definitely recommend Glaser if your thinking of putting a new system in or upgrading your existing system. Our system had a 7yr warranty (not sure if that's standard or the previous home owner paid extra for an extended warranty).

James Arnold has been delivering salt to my residence for almost as long as I have lived here which is at least 15 years. He is always friendly and smiling no matter what the weather. He’s very kind and does a great job. I feel very fortunate that he is my delivery person. In my life I’ve never had anyone who managed that job as well. I can’t think of anything more he could do to make it an easy pleasant experience..

Moved to a new house and the water was yellow and stinky due to rust and hardness. Called Glaser Softwater and despite the owner being on vacation, they still took immediate action and had a rust remover and water softener installed within a few days. At our previous residence, the water was not nearly as hard and barely had any rust or mineral deposits. At that house, we had a higher end softener from Sears. Although we never had any problems with that softener, we didn’t realize how much better our water could have been. The system installed by Glaser is far superior. Our water went from yellow and nasty to the best water we’ve ever had. I can personally attest that there is a BIG difference amongst water softeners and Glaser Softwater systems are AMAZING! I would give them my best recommendation not only for a superior product but also for professionalism and excellent customer service.

I came home Friday evening to a house with no water pressure. Saturday morning I checked everything in the house I could, and found no issues. Called Glaser Softwater and spoke with John Glaser. He had a guy at my house 40 minutes later who actually listened to what I already checked, checked what he needed to and isolated the problem quickly.

3 hours later we had a new pump installed and the pressure in the house has never been better!

We are extremely happy with the rust filter you installed: No effort required on our part. Our water quality has improved 1000%…….No more staining, clogging; we had an unbelievable amount of rust before and now I would say we have none. We are so glad that we chose the AIF Iron/Sulfur filter to deal with our iron and odor problem! Since moving to our home a couple years ago we have been battling iron and odor problems.
