Great friendly service and a great product.

I came home Friday evening to a house with no water pressure. Saturday morning I checked everything in the house I could, and found no issues. Called Glaser Softwater and spoke with John Glaser. He had a guy at my house 40 minutes later who actually listened to what I already checked, checked what he needed to and isolated the problem quickly.

3 hours later we had a new pump installed and the pressure in the house has never been better!

We are extremely happy with the rust filter you installed: No effort required on our part. Our water quality has improved 1000%…….No more staining, clogging; we had an unbelievable amount of rust before and now I would say we have none. My wife no longer has to buy/use a special shampoo to get the rust residue out of her hair. We would recommend this to anyone.
