We purchased a water softener and a drinking water system about a month ago for a house we just renovated and moved in to. We noticed hard water deposits on our dishes when removing from dishwasher. Called and Jon came out two days later, quickly diagnosed that I had the dishwasher line hooked up to an unsoftened water line, which was my fault. I asked him what did I owe him and he said "no charge". I about fell over, who does that these days.
